What Racket Balance Actually Measures
Balance is the point along the racket where its weight is evenly distributed. It is usually measured from the bottom of the handle, also called the butt cap, to the point where the racket sits level on a narrow edge.
It is not the same as total weight. Two rackets can both weigh 365 grams but play very differently if one concentrates more mass toward the head. It is also not exactly the same as swing weight.
